📣 WHAT EVERYONE’S TALKING ABOUT
• CFPB is considering capping bank overdraft fees and has proposed benchmarks of $3, 6, 7, or 14. IMO, transactions that would overdraft should just be rejected with $0 fees, but this is a move in the right direction.
• PLAY, a low-cost Icelandic airline has 15% off flights with promo code BRAVE. Still a decent number of flights left departing from Baltimore (BWI), Boston (BOS), New York (SWF), or Washington DC (IAD).
• inKind has $20 off $60+ spend for restaurant week between 01/16 and 02/04. Get an additional $25 off when you sign up now (referral).
• ICYMI: JetBlue/Spirit Airlines merger was blocked by the Department of Justice for antitrust purposes, though they’re in the process of appealing.

🧠 CREDIT CARD STRATS/HACKS/TRICKS
Hack: Auto-Add All Chase/AMEX Card Offers
Card/merchant offers on your Chase/AMEX cards are one of the best ways to extract value from your cards while offsetting annual fees.
When you get deep into the churning hobby, the problem is having too many cards. Switching to each card and manually clicking every offer is a brain-melting exercise.
I always add every single offer on the off-chance I spend on a merchant with an offer without me knowing it. There’s zero downside.
Here are 3 easy ways to automatically add all your card offers:
Method 1: Chrome Bookmark (via JJT)
1) Right-click your Chrome bookmark section and choose “Add Page”
2) Name it whatever you want
3) In the “URL” field, copy and paste this:
btns=[…document.querySelectorAll(‘.offer-cta’)].filter(b => b.textContent === ‘Add to Card’);c=()=>{ b = btns.pop(); if (!b) return console.log(‘added all!’); b.click(); setTimeout(c, Math.random() * 1500 + 300) };c();
4) Once logged into AMEX, click your new bookmark button, and voila. Reload your page (F5) and repeat if there are more offers.
Head to this comment thread if you need more help.
Method 2: Code Snippet in Chrome Console
1) Log in to your AMEX offers page
2) Push F12 and open your console, or use “Ctrl + Shift + J” on Windows / “Cmd + Option + J” on Mac.
3) Copy and paste the below code into your Console and push enter, and voila.
// Find all the "Add to Card" buttons on the page
var offerButtons = Array.from(document.getElementsByClassName("offer-cta axp-offers__global__merchantOfferCta___qKBIE css-261oxr")).filter(btn => btn.title == "Add to Card");
var index;
for (index = 0; index < offerButtons.length; ++index) {
console.log("Clicking offer button");
offerButtons[index].click();
// Wait 2seconds to be nice to AMEX servers :)
await new Promise(r => setTimeout(r, 2000));
}
4) Wait ~1 minute, reload your page (F5), and repeat if there are more offers.
WARNING: Generally speaking, you shouldn’t randomly copy and paste code a stranger gives you when you’re logged into bank/credit card accounts. Try to read the words in this code - they’re self-explanatory and innocuous.

Method 3: CardPointers Extension & Mobile App
The above 2 methods are free and pretty easy for anyone to use. However, they both lack something crucial - the ability to search for offers across ALL cards in a single place.
CardPointers has a Chrome extension and a mobile app that catalogs all offers on ALL cards and lets you search for and favorite card offers.

It also allows a slight hack with AMEX offers where you can add the same offer onto 2 personal AMEX cards at once. This is a massive benefit for offers you’re able to use. Normally, if you tried to do this manually, the AMEX offer would disappear after adding it to the first card.
Fly EnPoints readers can get a special 30% discount on all CardPointers plans for a limited time.
I have the “Lifetime” plan and it’s been completely invaluable. My rationale is that CardPointers will easily save me more than the $140 lifetime cost.
If you scroll down to the Card Offers section below, you’ll see there’s currently an Air New Zealand offer giving $225 back on $1,250+ spend. If you can duplicate this offer on a second personal AMEX card, that’s an extra $225 that CardPointers has saved you, already offsetting the lifetime $140 cost.
The creator of CardPointers, Emmanuel, is also an amazing individual who has been extremely responsive to emails regarding bug & feature requests.
I’m happy to be able to support such an amazing person/product!
